I struggled with adult acne in my early twenties which I found really debilitating. I wanted to fix it myself naturally through food and skincare which led to an extensive interest in nutrition and diet.

I successfully cleared my acne through consuming anti-inflammatory and antioxidant foods in my diet and have since helped others to do the same. 
I have also gone through various body transformations over the past 12 years from weight loss, weight gain AND muscle gain so, believe me when I say, I know exactly how you're feeling and, know the courage it takes to even make the first step.

I believe that nutrition isn't just about eating the right foods, but about cultivating a positive relationship with food that supports a balanced sustainable life. If you're looking to lose weight, gain energy, or simply adopt healthier eating habits, I'm here to guide you on your new journey. I also create personalised nutrition plans for both online clients and in-person throughout East Sussex.
