Welcome to the Diet and Nutrition Help Centre. I have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions; perhaps you’re wondering the same thing that was on somebody else’s mind, we got you covered! If you have any more questions for us then please drop us an email!

What happens after I enquire?

After you make your enquiry, we will schedule in your FREE discovery call. This will give you a chance to find out more about me, what I offer and then it's all about you! What motivated you to make the enquiry with me? What do you hope to gain from this? What are your barriers?
We will then discuss finances; how much ££ you can invest, your lifestyle set up, how much time you can realistically give etc.
After our consultation, you will be sent two screening forms to fill in which will enable me to delve a little deeper and provide you with a personalised, tailored programme. 

Monthly 1:1 packages are based on a 3-month minimum commitment but think about how much you spend on coffee or lunch a week. This amounts to that, if not less! Ad-hoc services are paid via bank transfer and are a one-off payment.

How can nutrition coaching support you?

Digestive issues (bloating, excessive gas, cramps, constipation and diarrhoea), low energy (feeling tired, lethargic, poor focus and concentration), hormone imbalance (PMS, irregular periods, PCOS, acne and low moods), sleep (poor quality sleep, not waking up feeling refreshed and feeling tired throughout the day), struggling with excessive weight gain or weight loss and going round in the same vicious cycle and optimising health, well-being and your mental state.

What is included?

Once you have completed your screening forms and 7-day food diary, you will receive a fully bespoke programme where you will see that food is to be enjoyed and encourages zero restriction. All calories and macronutrients will be provided and assessed accordingly in order to meet your goals. You can still enjoy your favourite foods whilst losing or gaining weight, improving your relationship with food, smashing your goals and becoming a happier, healthier you.

Check-ins will be carried out online and will provide a touch point for us to discuss your wins, re-establish your goals and make amendments to your plan if necessary. Many of my clients really look forward to this part of the process as it's a chance to celebrate all wins, big or small, and hold themselves accountable. I create personal relationships with my clients and a safe space for them to speak openly and share their experiences. Most importantly, I will help you thrive both mentally and physically whilst you work on becoming the very best version of yourself.
